willett lim

an accomplished professional with a distinction in IT and IS. After 9 years in Australia, blending experience in F&B and IT, he returned to Malaysia in 2010. Since then, he dedicated 13 years in construction business, overseeing a diverse portfolio from landed residential to high-rise mix developments, residential, commercial, and hotel projects.

Jeffry Noorman

Graduated in Architecture with overseas experience mainly in Dubai working on high end mixed developments with an award winning design firm. After returning to Malaysia, joined a multi diciplinary firm for more than 10 years with a wide degree of working exposure, notably the Phnom Penh International airport extension project in Cambodia. Recently also worked on Parkroyal collection KL refurbishment and Pan Pacific KL interior fit out construction which was completed in Dec 2022.

Graduated from University of Kentucky major in Business and Sociology. Returned to Malaysia and joined various MNC companies as business and brand manager for FMCG sectors. Developed the first houseplant retail in Malaysia in 2012. Currently expanding the business to wider plant scaping and consumer lifestyle. Advocates young entrepreneurs.

Having embarked on his culinary journey a decade ago, Ming has honed his skill through diverse experiences in kitchens Proven expertise in leading kitchen operations, developing innovative menus. From setting up central kitchens, to vegetarian fine dining to seafood and then to Chinese banqueting; Chef Ming has a versatile experience in kitchen set up.

An advertising graduate who embarked on an entrepreneurial journey by importing seafood from Sabah, and then moving to import seafood and gourmet produce from UK and Europe. Patrick has been curating concepts for f&b players and hotels since 2014.
